Black and Cream Blossoms

Hi Crafters,

Todays card which I'm going to share with you is a one which I made for the launch of our new blossom and geometric background stamps, back in November.

Materials
Stamps by Chloe Large Blossom
Stamps by Chloe Small Blossom
Stamps by Chloe Swirly Grass
Stamps by Chloe Petal Pattern Background
Stamps by Chloe WOW Rainbow Black Embossing Glitter
WOW Clear Gloss Superfine Embossing Powder
Black Versafine Ink Pad
Cream card, black card, heat resistant acetate, pearl gold card blank.

First cut a piece of cream card down to fit on the front of your card, take the petal pattern background stamp and stamp it across the bottom of the card with a black versfine ink pad, then emboss in clear, I emboss so I don't smudge the black ink with my fingers!

Using lots of little black self adhesive jewels add one to the centre of each of the crosses on the stamp.

To create the blossom stamp and emboss the large blossom 3 times and the small blossom twice onto cream card, emboss using WOW Rainbow Black embossing glitter. TIP: To get a really black image with black embossing powder, stamp the image in a black pigment ink pad (such as Versafine) instead of using a clear ink pad.

Cut all of the blossoms out can crease them down the centre to create a valley fold, layer together twisiting each layer to build the flower up, I then added a rhinestone cluster to the centre to finish.

Take a piece of heart resistant acetate and cover with anti static bag, stamp the Swirly Grass stamp twice with a versamark ink pad and then emboss using WOW Rainbow Black, cut the swirls out.

To build the card up, place the two swirls in the top right corner of the card and then place the blossom over the top, to finish add a sentiment (I've used DEC012 Happiest Birthday) and 3 jewels in the top left corner of the card.

I then matted and layered the cream onto a piece of black and then onto my gold card.

Bye for now,
Chloe
